Boot camp classes are more cardio vascular and will have very minimal rest time in between. Increasing your metabolic rate and losing your desire fat.
One on One training are tailored to the individual that needs that individual push. A person that wants to succeed but needs that extra push to get to the next level
Unlimited classes at the facility. Access to the equipment when there are no classes in session.
Group training will be based on specific muscles that the group enlist to. These types of group training will be no bigger than ten per class and no smaller than four per class.
